The material is recycled cotton saris in various colorful prints.

The kantha throw consist of several layers of fabric which are sewn together with so-called 'kantha' embroidery to create a delicious dense quality.

The throw are different on both sides and the thickness varies according to how many layers of fabric are used for the purpose.

Patches and small repairs may also occur, but that is part of the charm of an authentic vintage product.
