Expected delivery
1-4 days from the order being received. Typically, the order will be shipped the same day.
We use PostNord for all shipments with or without distribution, which you choose yourself
With delivery = package delivered to your address
Without delivery = you must pick up at the post office, 24-hour post office or other delivery location, you will receive an SMS and/or email from Postdanmark about where and when your package can be picked up.
Warranty - Return
Masala.dk complies with Danish and EU legislation and you have a 14-day right of return on all products after receiving the item - return postage costs DKK 30 and can be purchased when you register your return, and we will deposit your payment into your account as soon as we have received return.
If you want to return an item, see under PURCHASE AND RETURN - we only take items back via our return portal and return postage costs DKK 30, a postage label is purchased when you register your return.
Clothes must be returned with all tags and hangtags intact and in original packaging, if goods are returned with an odor from tobacco, perfume etc. they will not be credited.

We will not withdraw your payment until your goods have been dispatched.
Secure e-commerce
Masala.dk uses a professional web solution from ePay/Worldline, ePay is a payment system that meets all security requirements and is certified by NETS.
All communication between the ePay payment system and the cardholder via an encrypted SSL connection. This ensures that unauthorized persons cannot see the data being exchanged. Also, data sent between ePay Betaling and PBS's payment server is encrypted
The EPay payment system is located in a highly secured server with a burglar alarm, fire system (Energen), emergency power and air conditioning. The payment system is electronically monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Right of withdrawal: Buy online
When you shop online, you have a 14-day right of cancellation. Your cancellation period only starts when you have received the item, e.g. when it has been placed in your mailbox, when it has been placed in a shed or similar according to agreement with you, or when it has been delivered to your workplace.
If you buy a service, the right of cancellation starts from the order.
When you buy food, tickets, flights and a few other things, you have no right of cancellation at all.
Do you have to pick up the package from a parcel box or a store?
If the item has been placed in a packing box or in a store where you must collect it, the cancellation period only starts when you have collected it from the packing box/store. There is no law that determines how long you have to collect the package from the parcel box/store, but the online store may have required it in its delivery conditions.
If you do not pick up the package within the deadline, the package will usually be returned to the online store, and you generally have to pay for the return shipment yourself.
If the item has been purchased online, the seller has a duty to inform where you should send the item if you regret it.
- Observe the 14-day deadline. You must notify the seller that you regret before the expiry of the deadline. You then have a further 14 days to return the item itself.
- Take care of the item. The item must have been tried on, but not used to an extent so that it cannot be sold again. Otherwise, you must pay for the depreciation.
- Just in case, save instructions for use, tags, molded plastic and the like, so the seller can get it all back if you regret the purchase.
- You must pay for the return shipping yourself, unless you have agreed otherwise. Get a receipt from the post office.
- You must get all your money back – including the original delivery costs. The seller has a deadline of 14 days for the refund.
- If you have returned the item on time, in the same condition, etc., but the online store does not return your money, you can contact your bank for help.
- See below what applies if you want to cancel parts of your online purchase.
Especially - if you want to undo parts of an online purchase
If you buy several items in an online store, e.g. both a pair of shoes and a bag, you cannot undo parts of the purchase, unless you have agreed this with the online store. If the online store offers that you can cancel parts of the purchase, you must have the price of the item refunded.
In addition, the online store can choose whether it wants to refund the money you have paid to have the item delivered. If it is not clearly stated in the online store's terms and conditions that you cannot get the delivery costs reimbursed, you must get all the money for the delivery back.
Right of withdrawal - trading with a private person
When you do business with a private person, you only have the right of withdrawal if you have agreed in advance.
If the item does not fit or is not as you had hoped, it is best to have a clear agreement with the seller.
Therefore, agree with the seller that you can cancel the purchase before you buy
