DO YOU REGRET YOUR PURCHASE?

Masala.dk complies with Danish and EU legislation, and you have a 14-day right of return on all products after receiving the item – we will refund your payment to your account as soon as we have received the item back.

If goods are returned without agreement beyond our 14-day return policy, we reserve the right not to accept the return or issue a credit. 

If you have regretted your purchase and wish to return an item, you must create your return in our return portal by clicking here  RETURN  . Return postage costs DKK 30 and is purchased when you register your return. You will need your order number, which you can find on your invoice, and your email address. It is important to enclose the return slip so that we can process the order quickly and refund your payment.

You can return and drop off your package via a QR code, where the parcel label is only printed when the QR code is scanned at the drop-off point - you will receive the QR code in our return portal.

Clothing must be returned with all tags and hangtags intact and in original packaging. If goods are returned with odours from tobacco, perfume, etc., they will not be credited.

If you choose to return an item without using our return portal, the package must be sent directly to AP-Production/Masala, Tranegårdsvej 29, 2900 Hellerup - we do not collect packages from parcel shops.
