PPWR

PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) is the EU's new packaging regulation, which replaces the previous Packaging Directive.

The purpose is to reduce the amount of packaging waste, increase reuse and recycling, and create uniform rules for packaging throughout the EU.

Going forward, we will purchase packaging placed on the market in Denmark from local suppliers and refer to their Declaration of Conformity (DoC) for paper and plastic.

However, we can continue to place goods we have in stock, packaged in plastic from our Indian suppliers, on the market as long as supplies last.
