When the cotton plants are mature, the capsules open, revealing the soft, white cotton fibers. The cotton is carefully harvested, sorted, and cleaned, so that only the best fibers are used for further production.

🧵 Spinning
After cleaning, the cotton fibers are spun into fine yarns. Unlike woven textiles, cotton jersey is not woven – it is knitted.
The knitting technique creates small loops that give the fabric its natural elasticity, soft surface, and supple drape. This is why cotton jersey feels extra comfortable and follows the body's movements without constricting.
✂️ Sewing
Once the jersey is knitted, the fabric is washed, dyed, and finished to achieve the right softness and stability. Each batch undergoes quality control before the fabric is sent to the sewing room.
